ServicePlus is a metadata-based, single, unified eService Delivery & Grievance Redressal framework designed to facilitate the rapid e-enablement of government services for citizens and businesses. Its multi-tenancy architecture allows each tenant to customize services to meet specific requirements. With support for UNICODE, it enables access to services in local languages.

ServicePlus offers citizens a range of benefits by providing a centralized portal for accessing services, tracking applications, and subscribing to alerts.

ServicePlus, recognized by various Government Departments across different states, is currently operational in 24 States and 5 Central Line Departments, offering over 750 services. Notably, states like Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh utilize ServicePlus under the e-Panchayat MMP, whereas Bihar, Jharkhand, Tripura, Meghalaya, and Sikkim deploy it under the e-District MMP. Additionally, states like Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Odisha, Kerala, and Assam utilize this framework for services beyond the e-District scope. ServicePlus operates as SARAL in Haryana and as SevaSindhu 2.0 in Karnataka.

ServicePlus provides applicants with various submission modes such as online submissions, kiosk services, or in-person at government offices, depending on the service's nature and infrastructure availability. The services offered span from Statutory and Regulatory to Utility Services.
